For those looking for extra action and excitement, April and May offer the spring runoff at its peak when rivers are flowing high and fast. When the spring runoff subsides, and summer fully arrives, water flows remain consistent and temperatures a rise to the 90’s and 100’s, creating the perfect rafting weather. Action Whitewater Adventures offers daily trips from April 1st through September 30th. For those who are able to arrange it, we highly recommend weekday trips which offer smaller groups, lower prices, and fewer rafts on the river.
